Consultation terms & Conditions: A legal consultation is an initial meeting with Tye Merritt that takes place before you make the decision on whether to hire Attorney to represent you in your particular legal matter. If the initial consultation includes a review of documents, then you understand that Attorney is providing you only with her initial observations concerning the document and possible alternative approaches to your case or matter. You understand that this cursory review does not give Attorney enough information to advise You of all problems or potential liabilities that the document may present, and that Attorney will only provide You with a full analysis of the document after You and Attorney have reached an agreement concerning the scope of analysis and You have formally engaged Attorney to do that work.

Your matter may be subject to time limitation, that may be barred from taking any action if You do not timely act. You agree that You are not relying on Attorney to take any action.  Although we may offer any person a no obligation, free or paid initial consultation, this in no way obligates us to represent you, or to answer any specific questions. We reserve the right to deny a consultation to anybody, for any reason.
